I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my cousin this week. I spoke with both my mother and Jeanne today. My mother said she had spoken with Jeanne, not only was she happy with the way the car looked but said she purchased the car from Preston Hyundai because of the wonderful customer service that you gave her. She had spoken with the Ford dealership in Pa that she usually deals with and they told her they would match any deal she was given, it was because of you she purchased. She said you answer every question, walked her threw every step (especially since she purchased the car over the phone).
When I spoke with Jeanne this evening she was tickled with the car. She was also pleased with the personal care she received from the two gentlemen that dropped off the car and once again how you handled her as a customer. She said the Customer service is what sold the car. Keep up the good work! This is a great example of good customer service making the difference.

My Review of Preston Hyundai: From the very beginning of our visit to the dealership, the experience was great. We were welcomed by all the staff. My husband researches everything thoroughly and was armed with data on the car, yet John Skalstad , our sales person, was prepared with additional information we were not aware of regarding the car we were considering purchasing. We were sold on the car (Genesis) after we drove it and John and the staff had the car ready and we had the keys in no time at all. Just wanted to let you know how much I love my new Entourage van. It is such a comfortable vehicle and I feel so comfortable in it. The kids love the DVD player. I use it every time they are in the vehicle. It is the only time they are quiet. The first month I had it I put 2,000 miles on it. I have managed to get 2 car seats and one grandchild in the third row. It is so nice to feel safe in the car you drive!!!!!! We enjoyed working with Ryan Walker because he was NOT a high pressure salesman and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was very upfront with information on all the kinds of cars we were looking at and that helped with our buying decision. Ryan (and Preston) then worked with us on trade-in value and payments and we walked out very happy with our new car. If you are looking for a car, we recommend the Preston Autoplex and Ryan Walker.

Service seems to be great, they are delivering the new car and picking up the trade. They offered to pick-up and leave a loner each time the car needs serviced. Thats a excellent service as it saves you time and money from having to sit in the waiting room for an oil change.

I never felt belittled or taken-advantage-of for being a young person (I was 19 when I bought my first car and am now 24) or a female (as I have in other dealerships) and always appreciated the extra step their customer service provided. Selby always took my questions seriously and did not try to push vehicles at me that did not fit the description I gave for what type of car I wanted. The prices have always been fair and the quality of the cars has been exceptional. Thank you for the opportunity to rate this wonderful dealership...I've told many people about it and know that at least 4 of my friends have purchased cars from Preston because I recommended they look there.
